We are artists.......

We have been experimenting with mixing colour and graduating the colours across the page.

Stuffed Teddies

We drew teddies and coloured them in. After we cut them out we made 'fur' on the back using bubble wrap and paint. We stuffed them with scrunched up paper. They look awesome!

Minecraft Creations

Some of our minecraft enthusiasts have been working together. What have they made?

Waiata - Kahikatea

The tamariki of Room Tekau mā whā want to share our version of this song.

We learned that the kahikatea tree comes from the time of the jurassic dinosaurs. It can grow up to 55 meters high and can live for over 500 hundred years. It is a type of native pine with strange cone with seeds that are very pretty and tasty. You can see them in our video. The maori people used the tress for making spears and making pigment for moko.
