Meet the Sneetches

 

 The Sneetches learned a very valuable lesson about including everybody - what a pity they had to learn the hard way. We have made all kinds of star-belly sneetches.

We wrote stories about how Sylvester McMonkey McBean tricked the Sneetches into giving him money to put stars on and off the bellies.... until they realised that stars don't matter at all!

Introducing you to the emu...

 Look at our amazing emu pictures - we had fun learning about such fascinating creatures. They all have unique personalities! We used chatterpix to make our pictures talk and say facts about emus. We saved them into our Seesaw folders.

Fantastic Friday... sausage sizzle and an outside disco! (Some of us chose the extra size bun instead of a piece of bread.)

A Thief in Time - What a show!

 Behind the scenes....

Did you wonder where the children were before going on stage? 

We were on the top floor up lots (!) of stairs. Forty two wonderful Room 14 and 9 performers waited, and waited, and waited until the time to perform.
Here we are in the room. As you can see we didn't have space to spread out. Regardless, the kids were amazing and coped with being there. (On top of being in the room all evening, we also had a rehearsal in the morning and had to wait patiently then as well.)

Oh.... and they had to be quiet so they couldn't be heard by the audience! It was all worth it. The kids were buzzing and wanted to do it all again!
